working with my hands and creating has always been a part of my life. growing up with a contractor dad meant i was introduced to tools, building, and fixing things from an early age.

before long, i found myself picking up one too many diy projects — crafting, experimenting, and making anything i could get my hands on.

for a long time though, i never imagined any of it could be more than just a hobby.

i spent years studying the sciences and eventually pursued a career in naturopathy. when it came time to build my own practice, I found myself learning many new skills along the way — from shaping a small brand to creating a website and bringing ideas to life.

somewhere in that process, i was reminded of how much i loved designing and creating. as i settled into my professional career, i found myself returning to that creative side again — this time as a way to stay grounded and balanced.

working with clay, metal, and other mediums became a space to experiment and explore new forms of expression.

now, my work lives at the intersection of healing, design, and craft — supporting wellness, building brands, and creating objects by hand.

turns out, we’re not limited to just one path after all.
